The service "Test of service/product from a patient/next of kin perspective" offers a method for evaluating and improving services or products in healthcare with a focus on the needs and experiences of patients and relatives. By involving patients and relatives as test users, the service or product can be reviewed based on usability, accessibility, user-friendliness and efficiency. The results of the testing provide valuable insights and feedback to identify strengths and weaknesses as well as possible areas for improvement. The service aims to promote patient-centred care by ensuring that services and products meet the needs and expectations of patients and relatives in the best possible way.
